  Terrible. Bought a new house -- as part of the inspection, Rob's AC "fixed a leak" -- 3 weeks later, the massive leak had pooled to the point where it began bubbling through my floors -- damaged my hardwood floor, tile floor, drywall, and there's mold. A pipe that was supposed to be connected was found disconnected. Instead of any apology or help or using their insurance to right a wrong -- they finger pointed and denied ay responsibility.
